🏗️ Clubhouse Rejuvenation Project Update

It's time for another update on the Devilbend Golf Club Clubhouse Rejuvenation Project.

While we've been keeping our members updated each week, we thought it was a great opportunity to show the whole Devilbend community just how much progress has been made over the past couple of months.

We're now into Week 17 of construction and the transformation has been incredible. From structural steel and the new alfresco area, through to plastering, painting and the beginning of the internal fit-out, the project is really starting to come together.

A huge thank you goes to our builders, contractors, consultants, volunteers, staff, members and guests for their patience and support throughout the redevelopment.

Take a few minutes to watch the latest walkthrough video and see just how far the project has come.

We can't wait to welcome everyone into the new proshop area later this year!

What an incredible honour for Devilbend Golf Club! 🏆

On Saturday evening, a group of our members and staff proudly attended the 2026 Community Clubs Victoria Gala Awards, where Devilbend Golf Club was recognised as one of just three finalists for the prestigious Club of the Year award.

To be nominated from a field of more than 180 clubs across Victoria was an outstanding achievement in itself. To then be selected as one of the final three clubs is something our entire club community can be incredibly proud of.

Congratulations to our fellow finalists, Mulgrave Country Club and The Amstel Club, and a special congratulations to Mulgrave Country Club on being named the 2026 Club of the Year.

While we didn't take home the trophy this year, we like to think we came a very respectable second! More importantly, this recognition reflects the tremendous work of our staff, volunteers, committee, members and the wider Devilbend community who continue to make our club such a special place.

Thank you to everyone who contributes to the success of Devilbend Golf Club. This recognition belongs to all of you, and we look forward to continuing to build an even stronger club together.

Congratulations to our General Manager, Tim O’Sullivan, who was recognised at last week’s Golf Management Australia National Conference Gala Dinner for achieving more than 20 years in club management.

Tim was one of only nine club managers from across Australia to reach this incredible milestone - a testament to his dedication, leadership and long-standing contribution to the golf industry.
