Moorooduc Cricket Club want to make playing cricket affordable for all our juniors.

Registration will open in June for the 2026/27 season which will commence mid October.

This season when you Register with Moorooduc Cricket Club you will only have to pay the insurance component.

Each child who registers will receive
Free playing subs
Free playing shirt
Free playing cap
Free batting gloves
Free protector

Limited to the first 25 juniors who register to play

All equipment supplied

These legends have just completed their first season of cricket, a glimpse of our future and rebuilding of our junior program.

We had heaps of fun while learning the basics and from start to finish continued to improve.
They also beat the parents tonight in their final game. Well done all and see you next season.

Our under 10’s training returns Wednesday 28th January with our first game back after the break on Friday 30th January v Mt Martha.

Woolworth Blast returns Saturday 31st January for a 5 week program

Unfortunately due to the wet weather we have cancelled our Woolworths Blast session for today and will recommence next Saturday 15th Nov at 9.00am

Well they just love a photo and they do look like a team -
Our Mighty Under 10’s had another great game.

Our batting and running between wkts is getting much better and with their yes and no calls.
Aaron 8 runs, Lachie 7 runs, Beau 6 runs, Bethany 8 runs, Thomas 9 runs and Josh 14 runs.

Fielding we had 6 run outs, 1 stumping and 3 bowled, still need to continue to work on our bowling and try and stay focused every over, there were times when we had a bit of a sit down, played with the beetles on the ground, couple of dives after the ball had gone past but also some great fielding and most importantly they had fun.

Under 10’s cricket - join in the fun

📣📣Game 2 and well done to our mighty under 10’s
Fielding first this week and our bowling and fielding is improving.

Bethany and Lachie both picked up a wkt each , Joshua and Beau tried wkt keeping for the first time and did well and Aaron and Thomas both bowled and fielded well.

Couple of hand grenades had the fielders ducking for cover but overall a much improved effort.

Our batting very much improved this week and starting to get the hang of running between wkts and backing up.
( most of the time when we are not talking to the umpire or watching the helicopter fly over when we should be running ) all part of under 10’s cricket

Beau 8 runs and Lachie 13 runs
Aaron 10 runs and Thomas 6 runs
Joshua 18 runs and Bethany 11 runs

Most importantly they had fun and we will keep learning the game.
These kids are straight out of blasters, are all winners and will only keep improving
Fantastic effort again
