Any mums out there with a music and dance loving daughter 8+ years old? π
Come along together this Friday, 4th Sept, if you like. It's a pupil-free day, and I'll have my daughter with me too.
We want to avoid any mismatch or stress, so you need to make sure your child loves music and dancing and is OK with a moderately-loud musical environment. My daughter can dance along 45mins happily.
The music cannot be background music, or at a level where we can comfortably chat along. That affects our energetic connection and presence in the moment.
It also won't be shrieking loud, because then it hurts.
If you come along with your child (confirm with them in advance), my advice is to bring headphones of some sort, just in case any sensitivity occurs.
And if you decide after 10 minutes that you and your daughter can't stay longer, your money is refunded. As clear as that.
It is my duty and care to make sure participants feel comfortable, and I know and feel what works for the experience I'm creating. For this reason, I advise bringing daughters 8+.
However... if you think your 6- or 7-year-old can steal the show for 45 minutes... well then, bring your born party dancer π That decision is yours.
The atmosphere is adult like with adult women, we have light interactions and almost none during dance, safe music on guaranteed, but wouldn't cater for a child younger than above mentioned as dancing is at the main focus all along.
If you feel like it's for you and your daughter, send me an email and I'll book you both in. ππΆ
If a last minute decision occurs, you can also come along unannounced and the rest falls into place there and then :)
Cheers,
Alexa
