is Rachael and I created my RADIX Fitness as I am determined to link you with the functional training you need. This will lead to the weight loss/strength gain you are aspiring to achieve with the added bonus of you feeling more energetic and recovering quickly after physical activity. The individualised training you receive through myRF is tailored using skills gained through the completion of my Bachelor in Exercise Science. I am driven to see you achieve your goals by discovering your potential. It doesn't matter the radix point; everyone has a dream they want to make a reality. I have a passion for the biomechanics that are involved in all types of training. Your training can be dramatically improved through the breakdown and rebuilding of technique. This can be applied to all types of exercise from the various methods of cardiovascular, through to strength and functional training. I love that you are unique and as such will have your own set of biomechanical needs to begin your next stage in fitness.
