Great run by Conor in the 400 today at his final APS carnival 50.16, not bad at this time of the year. Also winning the 200m in a PB time of 22.66. Congratulations Conor 👏👏👏

That's a wrap - great running by Conor in the National final of the 400m with a PB of 49.12. Awesome Conor!! 👏👏👏

Overall a very successful season for our group with many PBs by all, State and National finals. State gold and silver medals. Congratulations to you all, we are so very proud of every single one of you. 👏👏👏

Congratulations Tibbs, through to the semi of the 100m. 👏👏👏A cautious run with hamstring tightness after having to wait almost an hour on the track and being told they couldn't wear track pants, effectively making the warm up almost futile. Tomorrow is another day!! 😎
