2 years.....

2 years with a lot of interuption..... as we know life gets in the way... tragedy, weather, money.... but the small stacking of days slowly leads to a big result.

Comes to my favourite quote:

"I cant see a way through" said the boy
"Can you see your next step?" Said the horse
"Yes" said the boy
"Then just take that" said the horse

I saw something so interesting the other day I wanted to share it....

Imagine this scenario:

Person 1: "if I gave you 10 million dollars today, would you take it?"
Person 2: "yes absolutely"
Person 1: "now what if I said, you can have 10 millon dollars today, but you can't wake up the next day"
Person 2: "no, no way. I wouldn't take it"

Moral of the story..... the opportunity to live another day is worth more than 10 millon dollars.... as much as life can be so heartbreaking and difficult, its worth every second.

RIP my beautiful boy. Miss you so much already 😢 ❤️

My new program (fitness for riders.... name reveal soon) will be live soon. Excited to share it with everyone. Its taken a bit to get to this point but the question is always put to me... "what can I do outside of riding to imporve"... this will answer that question.

I have no doubt this online platform will continue to evolve and grow to help riders be stronger, more balanced and more confident.
