Do what you love - love what you do! Super proud of my client Rauiri for 1. Smashing a PB on his Leg extension & 2 jumping into a group class on a bike and giving a sprint class a go! Baby steps & consistency is what has kept him on track. Happy Friday 🙌🙏🏻💪

Never gets old…! 🤣Don’t take steroids! Eat clean & you will lean. 80/20 rule. Abs really are made in the kitchen. You don’t need any substances to be healthy and happy.! Eat nutritious meals, move a little, drink water and still enjoy your favourite foods, 20% of the time! Abs are made in the kitchen, you cannot out train a bad diet.! - PS I nail the timing on this on TIK TOK but Insta got me looking delayed. Can lip sync 🤣 just had to get that out there.

Meet Sophie…. Sophie has been training with me for nearly a year now. With a weekly PT session, her own determination, monitoring her food intake but still enjoying her weekends and favourite foods, she has proved that slow and steady wins the race. A “glow up” as you will! Nutrition plays the biggest part of fuelling a healthy balanced lifestyle. Her training has been consistent and her energy levels have improved significantly - proud to have assisted in her journey - all the hard work has been down to her and her pure focus and mindset 👏 👏

Super proud of these ladies- 8 weeks ago they came to me flat, lethargic and with low motivation - they jumped on a body scan, we created a program to suit their lifestyle, time and needs! We scanned in today and what an incredible result. All loosing body fat, gaining muscle mass and more importantly they feel happier, energetic and their fitness levels have improved dramatically! It’s such a pleasure to train such happy beautiful souls! 🏋🏻
