A huge shoutout to Coach Bobby Williams for the countless hours of guidance and support, and to Huff, Vitaly and the wider Seaside crew who consistently train together and help create such a strong team culture.
Special mention to our Thursday 5:30pm Boxing & Conditioning crew, where Bob, Cody and Huff often lead the way with guidance & support (and of course Troy for his music:))

Bev has been a valued member of our community for many years and is the definition of consistency. No matter the season, the weather, or what’s happening in life, Bev continues to show up, put in the work, and give her best effort. Her positive attitude, friendly nature, and willingness to put in the effort every session make her a valued part of our community.
