My programs and coaching are for those who’ve felt left behind by mainstream fitness. I really try to create a slower, stronger, more thoughtful way to connect with your body and build real confidence through training & exercise.

Delivered by me, a coach with firsthand lived experience of being neurodivergent, q***r, and generally not feeling like a lot of coaches “get me”. I make it my mission to best understand you, and then create a program and coaching experience you absolutely love and that really works for you.
What’s included:
Coaching and programming that works for YOU. You’ll have a personalised plan and structure with accountability and purpose so you can feel confident walking into the gym every week. Send me weekly unlimited exercise form checks and direct messages 24/7 for any questions, support or just to share something cool! Learn from me and develop your skills and knowledge of training to become self sufficient with your own training - ask me anything! And become a part of my growing online community and access my growing online resource collection.
What you’ll get out of it:
You’ll achieve great things! If you want to become stronger, you’ll become stronger. If your goal is to build overall fitness and to feel better, you will. If you’d like to squat your bodyweight or deadlift 100+kg, you can and you will! You’ll also learn to breathe properly for better recovery and nervous system regulation, hit personal bests, and develop real confidence inside and outside the gym. Most importantly, you’ll join a growing community of fellow neurodivergent, q***r, disabled, trans, and “just not built for mainstream fitness” baddies - me included.
