How we looking….I would say pretty good. Could be a lot lower in terms of body fat, but I am currently aiming to put on weight.

But generally I am looking on target to reach 70-73 kg by March.

PRO TIP:
The best way to both learn reputation and help your muscles adapt is by isolating the movement.

When you isolate the movement it requires more muscular power and often core strength to be executed the movement. This way you are working more muscles and building a strong (abdominal) belt when executing exercises.
