A few moments of calm in a busy and insightful day!

I had the pleasure of guiding some amazingly intelligent women through a couple of mindfulness sessions as part of the AIA Wellness Breaks.

With so much anticipation for the day ahead and excitement in the room, it was sooo wonderful to pause, return to the breath and body, move some energy and

SIP THE SUN - WOMENS RETREAT
3-night, 4-days
Fingal, Mornington Peninsula

Intentionally curated around slowing down, soaking up the beauty we so often rush past, and making space for the parts of ourselves that don’t always get much room in everyday life.

Soak up:
☀️ extended yoga practices
☀️ meditation and pranayama
☀️ nourishing somatic soma flow
☀️ delicious nourishing food
☀️ a ceramic workshop
☀️ journaling, inquiry
☀️ time by the pool, beach, the sauna and spa
☀️ plenty of laughter, nature, and space to just be.

More than anything, Sip the Sun is a long weekend of connection, with yourself, with other women, and with the moments that make life beautiful.

Meet Charmaine 🤍
Our local ceramic artist joining us at Sip the Sun Retreat for a beautiful 2-hour pottery workshop.
19–22 February 2027
Mornington Peninsula ✨️🌞

Because Sip the Sun is about slowing down, soaking up the beauty that we often miss, women supporting women, playfulness, and, making space for the parts of you that don’t always get much room in everyday life.

Charmaine Haegens is a ceramic artist born on the Mornington Peninsula.
Her work is grounded in a deep appreciation for natural materials, coastal form, and the slow, meditative rhythm of making by hand.

Favouring tactile surfaces, gentle curves and coastal colours, Charmaine’s pieces invite quiet attention. Each vessel carries the subtle marks of the maker, celebrating individuality over uniformity, and the beauty found in simple, everyday objects.

And yes… you’ll get to make your own unique piece to take home. 🏺✨

Just one of the many little moments woven into this intentionally curated retreat.

Spaces are now open.
