Meet Sally! The newest addition to our CorePlus Rosebud Team. ✨

You can now catch Sally teaching Reformer every second Sunday. We're so excited to have her officially join our team and we can't wait for you to experience her classes.

Favourite Cue: Control the movement, don't let the movement control you.

Fun Fact: I'm a Grandma in my late 50s and completely obsessed with Pilates! I'm also a bit of a perfectionist who loves structure and routine, so Pilates really is my happy place.

Favourite Place I have travelled to: Italy is definitely one of my favourite places, but I also think everyone needs to experience the Maldives at least once. It's absolutely magical.

Go-to song: Anything by Teddy Swims, I could listen to him morning, noon, and night.

Favourite Props: The ring and the box. I love what you can create with both, and as a shorter person, the box is definitely my friend!

What do I love about CorePlus: I love the instructors and the way they teach. I really appreciate how thoughtfully they structure their classes. I'm someone who loves structure and routine, so that really resonates with me. I also love the welcoming and supportive community.

Join us in studio for our FREE August Community Classes!

Bring along a friend, family member or loved one and enjoy a class together. We have some regular favourites continuing, plus two special classes joining us for August!

This month's lineup:
• Monday 12:30pm – Hot Yoga with Brooke G
• Wednesday 6:30pm – Reformer with Nat M (August only)
• Thursday 7:00am – Hot Yoga with Yola B (August only)
• Thursday 7:30pm – Warm Yin Yoga with Leanne C

All classes are completely free to attend, but spots are limited. Be sure to book your spot early and come along for a class with us!

Sadly, yesterday we said goodbye to Elisha. We are so sad to see you leave Rosebud, but we are also so excited for everything that’s ahead for you.

We know you are going to absolutely thrive wherever you go and can’t wait to see what’s next for you!
