💃🕺 THE DANCE FLOOR IS CALLING

There's a whole generation of us who grew up watching our parents, grandparents and great-grandparents dance together — no phones, no screens, just two people, a rhythm, and a connection.

Somewhere along the way, that got lost.

As we step into a future shaped more and more by AI, one thing is becoming clearer than ever: we need real human connection now more than we ever have. And research keeps pointing to the same surprising place — one of the best spaces to build that connection is on the dance floor.

That's exactly why dance4life is coming to the International Club Mareeba for the Feast Of Our Lady Of The Chain dinner dance!

On 12 September, before the doors open at the Mareeba International Club, we're running a FREE one-hour dance workshop — easy, simple steps, no experience needed. Just come as you are.

This isn't just about learning to dance. It's about learning to lead and to follow. To read another person's cues. To practice respectful non-verbal communication, consent, and respectful touch — skills that matter on and off the dance floor.

Whether you're in your 20s, 30s, 40s or beyond — if you never learned how our parents and grandparents danced, this is your moment.

Come early, take your first steps, and stay for a night of connection on that beautiful big dance floor with 150+ others ready to move.

And it doesn't have to end there — dance4life will show you the pathway to keep growing from that night: building confidence, a repertoire, and a lifelong skill for you and your children to carry forward.
