IFS-Informed Creative Embodied Supervision Groups 2026

These groups offer first a chance to pause, tune into and reflect on our internal world through creative, embodied experiential tools that may include moving your body, creative expression activities, visualisation, music, poetry, myths, nature connection, tuning into the seasons/cyclical living and sharing of spiritual philosophies from across the world.

And second these groups offer a chance to reflect on the outer world and hear from other therapists through discussing issues, brainstorming solutions, sharing resources and accessing a community of collective wisdom.

Each supervision group is collabourative and co-created, and each group will decide after inner reflection and experiential exercises where to focus the discussion (therapist parts / clients parts / wellbeing / workplace or private practice issues) 😊🙏🏼🌱

Details: 3rd Tuesday of the Month 3-5pm starting 16th June, 21st July and 18th August, $80 per 2 hour session monthly

I am always amazed when in we are able to access our authentic core wise Self and bring curiousity and compassion to our wounded younger parts, it is beautiful to witness and it still feels a little mystical and magical when I see the healing that Self energy can bring to our vulnerable parts… for me brings together so many threads in my life including mindfulness, meditation, NLP, creative expressive arts therapies, somatic movement, and ancient wisdom from across cultures with earth-honouring practices. So beautiful to have a weeks break of rest and renewal with friends and family, so healing to frolic in warm ocean water and to see the sunrise each morning 😊🙏🏼🌞 I’ve just completed an Ancestral Lineage Healing course with and it’s fascinating and insightful, deep healing. Yes 🙏🏼💖 So true….what the healing journey sounds like compared to what it actually feels like is vastly different! Especially when we are living in a world with so much chaos and upheaval and so little support for healing, this is why we need to move slowly and be gentle with ourselves 🙏🏼🌱😊

Have you tried mindful drawing in nature? I first began this practice in 2015 as part of program and gosh it was deeply mindful, the more you look the more you notice and sense….and if you may be lucky enough to relate to the more than human beings and learn from their wisdom…I’ve treated myself to a plein air art class with and I’m loving mindful drawing, with no focus on the outcome just focussing on the mindful process of noticing and sensing, relating with nature! This white faced heron flew in and reminded me of all the times Heron has gifted me wisdom 😊🙏🏼🌱 Nature art journalling is one of the options when we do a nature connection walk
