For the last ~8 weeks of the season I have been working as a Sports Trainer for the Sorell Football Club and it was super fun.

Sorell have been incredibly welcoming and it was lot of fun talking trash with my new bestie and co-pilot Shane.

Footy is still a new world to me but I enjoyed the fast pace of the work, from handing out bandaids to calling ambulances this short stint sure had it all. So look out round ball people, footy might just steal ya girl ! 👀💅🏻🏉

💐 Happy spring everyone!

I love spring, the flowers, the longer days, sports finals, cricket and basketball are starting and its my birthday soon!

🦋 For all you beautiful butterflies that have emerged with the flowers and now have this this sudden overwhelming urge to engage in the most dangerous hobby (gardening) I am here for you.

🩼 First thing monday Morning when you're feeling like a half open pocket knife and work might just be out of the question, and where did I put that damn hot water bottle?

🤝🏻 Bring me your sore back, It'll all be okay, we'll get you right before next weekends big round of gardening.

🍅 I know, I know its nearly show day and we have to get ready for tomatoes.

💭 We also better to get you in the gym if you're gonna be doing all that digging and stuff! But hey one step at a time.

I am officially 100% back at work and my books are again open to new clients for PT & Massage! 📖 ✨️

The rehab journey continues, and I wont be running anywhere anytime soon, but the massage endurance in my body and hamstring are in a very good place! 📈🦵🏻

So my lovely clients, please dont apologise for booking long appointments or worry about how my leg feels. It feels great, and I am so excited to be back working with you all again. 😁❤️‍🩹

Why Leviathan Strength has been elite for my Hamstring Reattachment Rehab, from me 4 months post surgery.

1. The machines. I couldnt bend, sit or walk for 12 weeks. But I could use the standing chest press and for me that was enough to get me started.

2. I didn't have to go up stairs, it was easy enough to get in and around on crutches.

3. Everyone has been respectful and kind to me, even when I was slow and doing weird rehab exercises. The coaches are so knowledgeable and understanding. Lots of people have been happy to see me off crutches, and many people have shared their stories of injury and healing with me too.

4. The plants. Need I say more?

You wont find a better gym.

AJVC 2026 🏐

Last weekend I travelled to Adelaide with the Volleyball Tasmania U23 & U21 teams as their Sports Trainer at the Australian Junior Volleyball Championships.

This year I was unable to fulfill my S&C role in the lead up to the tournament due to my hamstring reattachment surgery in March.

So I am grateful to have been a part of the delegation at all this year.

At the tournament my role as Sports Trainer consistes primarily of taping ankles and thumbs, massaging tired muscles, telling people to stretch and drink more water.

Heres to many more good laughs, lessons learnt and always hoping to make a postive impact on young athletes every year.

Glad to be back amongst it.

How do I find the new studio?

📍32 Macfarlane St, South Hobart TAS.

Find the wooden fence and the huge trees.
Find the metal entry sign with the LFD logo.
Follow the cement path through the gate.
You wont get lost from there.
