Such a privilege to experience a day with so much goodness🙏 The honour of holding space for people and supporting them to create change in their lives✨capped off with a beautiful walk in the bush, visiting some of my favourite trees, surrounded by golden evening light💛

I’m realising more and more that creating from the future brings even more contentment to living in the moment💫❤️💙

Being of service to others is a very big part of my life.. and I love it❤️and in order to do this well I firstly need to make sure I’m being of service to myself.
In other words, practicing good self care. Mostly I do this well…and sometimes I just need a chunk of time to be somewhere beautiful in nature and feel the peace and freedom of not being “on”.
That’s what I got to do this weekend and it was completely divine🙏✨🦋

It’s been a while! Gently moving back into some more physical activities after a back injury a few weeks ago, just before heading to Sydney and NSW South coast for a holiday. One of the most painful times I’ve experienced.
I’m sure many would know how exhausting managing constant pain can be so I was grateful for a few moments of grace here and there and the joyous moments with old and new friends ❤️and visiting new places💚.
And now even more grateful for my body that is healing well🙏

It’s been a while! So long in fact that I haven’t even publicly announced that I’ve moved my coaching practice out of the beautiful space at .
I’m so grateful for the time I was there and the amazing woman that has created such a wonderful hive of wellbeing 🙏❤️.
Now I get to visit there as a client for the Den fitness space and I love it! It’s one of my favourite things I do each week😍

So where is my coaching practice now??? It’s anywhere you like! Beach, cafe, park, zoom…. 🌍

The one constant in life is change. Keep consciously creating the life you love and making choices that serve YOU🤍. To be loving to yourself can only equate to love for others💞
