Classes are on Mondays 5:30-6:30pm and Wednesdays 6-7pm at the Lauriston Hall, starting Monday 6 October.

This group of inspiring women were spectacular at the Daffodil Day Parade last weekend! 🤩Months of practice goes into this coordinated routine and I couldn't be prouder of everyone. This year, in line with the festival's theme of 'Fields of Gold', we were Golden sun goddesses and wow did everyone shine!
