Swan Hill carnival today and we have tasked Ruby Fraser with the job of trying to break her drought of strapping a winner in her own right on her own. While Mick & I enjoy a few days away that was an Xmas present from the kids Ruby is going to put her big girl pants on, sweep some sage around her, throw salt over her shoulder and perform an exorcism🤣🤣 to help Redemption Time cross the line in front on a track she adores. Ever consistent especially on this track that has brought up her sole victory and many placings the mare is in good order. She has been ultra tough in a long campaign and again lines up with no reason to think she won't be fighting it out again. A tricky barrier to contend with but saying this the poor girl has not drawn a decent barrier many times. She is used to lining up from the car park. Good luck to connections & Ruby. Thank you to the Cassar racing team for taking them today for us❤️

Patsy's Star heads to town today for a midweek 0-66 at Caulfield Heath. Has done nothing wrong to not have a crack at a race like this. Accumulating 3 wins off his past 4 starts and absolutely luckless last start in a crawling tempo. Jason Maskiell takes the ride after a late change in race plans. Neil already had a commitment but to his and Rachael's credit they both thought this race was well within his reach to have a go at even if he was unable to ride. Jason lacks no strength or skill we have shared a few success' together & he will compliment the horse nicely. After a scratching he comes into barrier 2. 🤞 for connections

Super honest and tenacious mare Redemption Time in the next at Stawell. Has developed a love for the wet, has the 2kg claim & goes around with a featherweight of 54.5kg. Makisha Salter has a good affinity with the mare winning on her previously. Always seems to find one better, just one all the time😭😂 can't knock her honesty. In good order and fit🤞for connections

Headed off to Kilmore where we the result wasn't wasnt the best unless you.count them in reverse🤣 straight after crossing the line Mick & Sarah shot home to load up for Pakenham whilst I stayed behind to fix up the first runner, do the arvo & head to netball🤯 Winner of his last 3 starts Patsy's 🌟 attempts to add to his picket fence in race 5 at 6.45pm Southside Racing Pakenham with hos old mate Neil Farley on board. Have had tonstep up in class but thats a nice problem to have, it means you are winning races😊 Good luck to connections I will be watching in between quarters at netball, if anyone in the Macedon Ranges hears a crazy woman yelling for her big chestnut
