2026 KFNC PUSH-UP CHALLENGE!

This June, our club is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

The challenge is to complete 3,307 push-ups throughout June, representing the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia. If that sounds like a lot, don’t stress! There’s also a half-target option available!

A number of our footballers and netballers have already signed up, and we’d love to see our supporters, families and wider Saints community get involved too.

Every push-up makes a difference, helping to start important conversations around mental health while supporting a great cause.
