⭐️ TEAM CHALLENGE CHAMPIONS — KAT, ASH & PENNY! 🏆

After 7 weeks of hard work, consistency and dedication, these three absolutely smashed it! 💪🔥

Kat, Ash & Penny took out our Team Challenge by more than 10 Challenge Points, making it a seriously convincing win! 👏

Their results across the board were outstanding:

💪 Strong performances
📈 Huge improvements throughout the 7 weeks

A very well-deserved win for three ladies who put in the work from start to finish. Enjoy seeing those names on the shield forever! 👏👏👏

CHALLENGE PRESENTATION NIGHT 🏆

On Saturday, we got to celebrate the end of another massive Rival challenge by wrapping up both our Team Challenge and the always fiercely contested BATTLE OF THE SEXES: Boys vs Girls at The Gibson.

First up… our Team Challenge Champions

🥇 As our Champions weren't present Saturday, we couldn't do their efforts justice by just saying their names without a photo around the winners shield... Stay tuned 😉

🥉 3rd Place: Bianca, Mick & Alea!

A huge congratulations to not only our podium finishers, but every single team that took part. Stronger lifts. Faster times. Better fitness. And a whole lot of hard work paying off. 💪

Then there was the small matter of settling the Battle of the Sexes…😏

Best of 5 rounds.

The first three rounds were decided through Myzone effort points, before The Gibson played host to settle the final two rounds.

And naturally, things got very competitive… 😂

⚖️ Round 4: Who could most accurately split a meal evenly by weight in grams.

🥃 Round 5: Three shots in front of you. Two water. One vodka. Team selects a representative to take the shots. The opposing team has to guess which shot was the vodka. Elite athletic competition at its finest. 😂

When it was all said and done…

Thanks to everyone who came down and made the presentation night such a good one, and a massive well done to everyone who threw themselves into the challenge.

For now, we’ll rest our heads, enjoy not having to worry about much besides going through the movements…
Then somewhere down the track, we’ll do it all again. October 12th 🙂
