We are thrilled to welcome Dee to our teaching fam!

Beautiful Dee is a qualified Yoga Instructor and will be bringing a much needed Sunday Reset to our Studio Eight Community.

Dee will be leading a Sunday afternoon Yoga practice that will encourage you to pause, reconnect and create space for the week ahead.

Weaving together mindful, breath-led asana, pranayama, meditation and guided relaxation, this class offers space to move your body, settle your mind and reconnect with yourself.

Come exactly as you are and leave feeling a little more grounded, spacious and ready for the week ahead!

We can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Dee’s classes start this Sunday 16th August at 4pm and what’s even better, her first five classes will be FREE! We encourage you to get in quick to secure your spot!

Here at Studio Eight Junee we have a strong focus on layering in options so that you have the opportunity and space to master one movement before progressing to the next.

If your teacher provides you a modification, adjustment or a recommendation to remain in one layer, this is not a criticism on our behalf nor a failure on yours. We do this because we genuinely care about your progress and success. Likewise, if we see you cruising we will offer an advancement in order to challenge your practice further. 😉

We teach to the Individuals in front of us, allowing the practice to meet your body wherever it is on any given day.

Here are some layers of a four point kneel sequence some of our Client’s flowed through with Marliese this week….

🤍 Layer 1 - lifted through the back of your shoulders and abdominals, remaining stable through your hips, pelvis and spine as your leg moves.

🤍 Layer 2 - introduce tricep press only if you can maintain control in all of the above.

🤍 Layer 3 - introduce shoulder extension only if you can maintain control in all of the above.

🤍 If you have wrist sensitivities and experience pain in this posture, use the box for support. The focus remains the same but we work from a more supported position.

Happy Sunday to our Beautiful Studio Eight Fam!

Please note some changes to our timetable over the next few weeks as Tania takes a well deserved break! Her classes will be covered by Marliese and Taylah with the exception of Yoga. Yoga will resume on 22nd July (be sure to secure your spot - others are already booking in!)

We are nearly booked out for the week ahead so be sure to jump on GloFox to secure your spot. If your regular class is already fully booked we strongly recommend you join the waitlist - something almost always comes up! Or perhaps try a new class!

Please ensure you check your bookings or put them in your calendar with a reminder. And please try to cancel as soon as you can if you can no longer make it (minimum 6 hours in advance as per our cancellation policy).
