Today also marks the start of a brand-new training cycle. Over the coming weeks we'll be building, progressing, and then retesting to see how far we've come.

As the colder, darker mornings roll in, motivation gets tested.

Winter has a way of making the snooze button feel heavier, excuses easier, and routines harder to stick to.

But results don’t come from motivation alone.

They come from habits.
From showing up when it’s cold.
From training when energy is low.
From staying consistent while everyone else is waiting for 'better timing.'

The people who keep moving through winter are the ones who feel stronger, fitter, and healthier coming out the other side.

Testing week hits differently when the work has already been done.

This week is all about testing at the end of the training cycle and the results speak for themselves.

PRs are being smashed, and the PB bell has been ringing non-stop.

But none of this is luck.

It’s the consistency. It’s turning up even when it’s not perfect. It’s trusting the program through the build phase so you’re ready when it’s time to test.

Every rep over the last cycle has been leading to this moment.

And the best part? We’re not done yet.

If you’re in the middle of your own journey, keep showing up. The progress is already happening.

The week of testing continues and we’re still seeing so much progress from our crew 💪

From big PBs to improved movement quality, confidence, and consistency, the hard work is paying off. Even for those who aren’t quite at their peak yet, there’s still been some awesome progress across the board.

Well done to everyone so far. Keep showing up, keep trusting the process, and let’s keep setting those new benchmarks 🔥

18 years strong 🎉

CrossFit Perth celebrated its 18th birthday with a fun teams of three workout, a few challenges, plenty of laughs, and an awesome morning with the community.

It was great to see everyone come together to celebrate 18 years of helping people become fitter, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves.

From day one beginners to long-time members, every person who has walked through the doors has been part of what makes this place special.

The biggest reminder from the day, it’s never too late to start. You just need to start.
