My assistant manager Terri is an absolute ICON 🤍 Her classes are always strong! She brings so much experience, knowledge and energy to every single class, and she is just the BEST at what she does!

Terri just reached a milestone of 3 years teaching at CP Ivanhoe (7 years in total with CorePlus!) and I couldn’t be happier! I feel so grateful and lucky to have her support while running the studio. Her strong classes week after week are helping build a stronger Ivanhoe community. Let’s give Terri the loving she deserves and congratulate her on 3 amazing years 🙏🏼💗

✨ 4 years ago today, we opened the doors to our Pilates studio… and what a journey it has been! 🤍

What started as a dream has become so much more than I ever imagined. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, trusted us with their movement, and become part of our studio family.

Thank you for showing up, supporting us, laughing with us and making this place what it is today.

4 years of movement, connection, challenges, growth and so many special memories. 🫶🏼

✨ 1000 CLASSES ✨

Today Sally reached a milestone that feels incredibly special — her 1000th Pilates class. 🤍

1000 times she chose to show up for herself.
1000 times she chose movement.
1000 times she chose to prioritise her body, her strength and her wellbeing.

There were days she felt strong, days she felt tired, days she was motivated and days she definitely wasn’t… but she still showed up.

Because Pilates has taught Sally that it’s not about being perfect — it’s about making the choice to keep moving, to keep growing and to keep showing up for herself.

As a community, we’re so proud of this number, but even more proud of everything those 1000 classes represent. The strength, the friendships, the laughs, the challenges, the lessons and the incredible community that has been part of the journey 💗

Here’s to choosing movement 1000 times over… and to many, many more to come. Congratulations Sally

We’re celebrating our birthday in-studio on Sunday 4th October. Expect delicious post workout refreshments all morning long, thanks to our local friends at LUCCI CAFE. We’ll also have a pop up stand with our friends from AMATUS SKIN. They’ll be gifting our community some of their amazing products, handing out samples and offering members the opportunity to purchase some of their beautiful skin care products.
