I just took a look at my calendar for the next couple of weeks and took a deep breath. πβ β β β β β β β β

Coaching sessions, interview, networking events, photography shoot, coaching training, date night ... and packing & moving house!!β β β β β β β β β

It's going to get hectic. β β β β β β β β β

All of these things require an expenditure of energy - physically, mentally and emotionally. βΎβ β β β β β β β β

1οΈβ£ STOP CAFFEINE INTAKE π«βοΈβ β β β β β β β β
I drink weak-long-blacks anyway but my nervous system has already stepped up to alert level 3, and adding stimulants to that is not going to help keep my Activator in check! β β β β β β β β β

2οΈβ£ SCHEDULE, SCHEDULE, SCHEDULE
Work out what prep is needed for each activity and schedule as MUCH of it into my calendar as possible. Travel, charge camera batteries, chill ice-packs, put business cards in handbag... anything and everything! (Arranger, Responsibility & Harmony)β β β β β β β β β

3οΈβ£ STICK TO MY NORMAL EXERCISE AND EATING PLAN ππΌββοΈπ₯Routines are KEY! For me, they're the foundation of every day. Also, I'm going to need energy and fuel - and this is how I'll get it. (Responsibility & Harmony)β β β β β β β β β

My mind will try to convince me that "there's just so much to do!" and to "start ALL of it NOW!" (Hi Activator). In the calm before the storm, however, I know that if I don't get enough sleep it's all going to fall to pieces (Responsibility being a touch over-dramatic).β β β β β β β β β

At the end, I've blocked out a day to do absolutely nothing. I'll probably spend rearranging the kitchen cupboards... but knowing the option is there to do nothing relaxes my mind.β β β β β β β β β
