This is not the Mother’s Day post we had hoped to share, however this situation needs to be addressed.

For the second time in just one week, groups of young people wearing balaclavas have been seen around the RAM Recreational Centre attempting to access the building and trying roller doors.

RAM is a community facility that works hard to provide a safe and positive place for local families, kids and young people. It is extremely disappointing to see this kind of behaviour directed towards a business that is genuinely trying to help the community.

We are asking local residents to please stay aware and keep an eye out for suspicious activity in the area. If any parents recognise these boys, we encourage you to have a serious conversation with your children about respecting community spaces and the impact this behaviour has.

All incidents have been recorded on CCTV and further action may be taken if it continues.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Free Movie Night this Friday night has been postponed until further notice.

We apologise to everyone who was planning on coming along and appreciate your understanding.

The good news is we are working on bringing the new Super Mario movie to our next Free Movie Night, and we can’t wait to share more details soon! 🎮⭐
