Meet Jemma, our very own Operations Manager and Coach over at Fitter Futures Indooroopilly!

Jemma is an incredibly hard-working mum of three who brings passion, energy, and care into everything she does. With a true love for health, fitness, and nutritious cooking, she inspires our community both inside and outside the gym.

Before stepping into coaching, Jemma built a strong background in nursing, specialising in women’s health. Through her own love of training and challenging herself, she discovered a passion for helping others do the same, and hasn’t looked back since.

Her ability to support, motivate, and connect with people is what makes her such a valued part of the Fitter Futures team. 🩵

A good program matters. But what really shapes progress is the environment you train in!

When you’re surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you improve, everything changes. You’re more consistent. You’re more willing to push through the tough sessions. And you start to believe in what you’re capable of.

That’s the power of community. It keeps you accountable on the days you don’t feel like showing up, and it celebrates the wins (big and small) along the way.

Across our gyms, athletes are backed by coaches who care and a community that lifts each other up. Because long-term progress isn’t built alone, it’s built together. Who agrees? 🙌
