This morning something special happened. The perfect reminder that Elements of Strength is so much more than a gym.

In the middle of a tough workout, our new member Pip was grinding through the final burpees stopping, struggling, digging deep. Without hesitation, others dropped down beside her. Encouragement turned into action. The burpees became a shared effort, struggle became support.

No one is left behind here. Ever.
And that doesn’t happen everywhere.

What makes EOS special isn’t just the programming or the coaching, it’s the people. The members who show up for each other, who notice when someone is struggling, who offer their strength so someone else can find theirs.

Pip hadn’t done burpees in over 15 years… and today she did them, surrounded by support. That’s powerful.

The spirit of this gym lives within its community and we are incredibly proud of every single person who brings kindness, grit and heart into this space.
This is Elements of Strength 💪

Sleigh the Day - our final Saturday session of 2025

What do you get when you mix festive outfits, great music, plenty of laughs and a solid sweat session?
One unforgettable Christmas workout 🙌🏻🎄

Our crew showed up in full festive spirit, Santa hats, reindeer antlers, tinsel, Christmas tees and big smiles

This workout was all about:
✔️ Moving our bodies
✔️ Having fun together
✔️ Celebrating consistency over the year
✔️ Earning a few Christmas treats 😉

It was tough, but the best part? Watching everyone support one another.

No pressure. No perfection. Just movement and joy 🎅🏻

If this year taught us anything, it’s that showing up matters. Whether you trained all year or jumped back in recently, you’re part of the team and we’re so proud of every single person who joined in.

From all of us thank you for making this year one to remember.
