🎉 Please join us in welcoming Kim to our team! 🎉

We’re excited to officially announce that Kim has joined our team as a Personal Trainer and is now accepting new clients!

Kim brings not only professional knowledge and experience, but also a deeply personal understanding of what it means to overcome challenges and rebuild strength. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Kim's own journey took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis, eventually leading to a hip replacement in her 40s.

Through her recovery, Kim experienced how powerful exercise can be in restoring confidence, strength, and quality of life. That experience reignited her passion for helping others and continues to shape her practical, supportive, and realistic coaching approach today.

Kim specialises in:
✔️ Helping beginners feel confident starting their strength training journey
✔️ Smart, evidence-based strength training for joint health and longevity
✔️ Bone health and healthy ageing
✔️ Women's health and menopause support

Kim is still learning and working on her own health every day, which helps her to directly inform her coaching. It keeps her approach grounded in sustainable progress that works for real life, which is exactly what she wants to bring to her clients.

Kim's books are now officially open, and she is ready to help new clients take the next step towards their health and fitness goals.
