11 Days in May — DONE ✅

11 days.
220 pull-ups.
Countless sore muscles.
One great cause.

Today marks the final day of the 11 Days in May challenge, and I’m proud to have pushed through every single rep. Some days felt easy, others were a real battle, but knowing it was all for a bigger purpose kept me going.

A huge thank you to everyone who followed along, liked, shared, commented, and donated. Your support helps TIACS continue providing free mental health support to tradies, truckies, farmers, and blue-collar workers across Australia.

Massive respect to for creating this challenge and inspiring so many people to get involved.

If you’d still like to support the fundraiser, the link is in my bio. Every donation makes a difference.

What’s your next challenge? 💪

110km on the legs and still feeling fresh. 🔥

This weekend I had the chance to pace during his incredible attempt at the FKT on the Heysen Trail. Big days, technical terrain, little sleep… the kind of weekend that really tests your gear.

I rotated between the Autopilot and Devil’s all weekend, but for my final pacing section I pulled on the .running socks — and they absolutely delivered. Comfortable, breathable, no hot spots, no rubbing… somehow my feet felt like it was the first run of the weekend. 👌

Safe to say this won’t stay my only pair for long. Now I just need to decide which colour next 😅

Massive respect to for taking on such a huge challenge on the Heysen Trail. What an effort. 💥

Ever wondered what a juice cleanse actually feels like? 🍏🥕

Just finished the 1-day cleanse from Juice Quest and honestly… I feel fresh, light and fully reset.

It’s amazing how giving your body a short break can make you feel re-energised and ready to go again. Perfect little reset when training slows down or when you just want to clean things up for a day.

If you’re curious about trying a cleanse, go check out and give your body a fresh reset. 🍊✨

I’ve been wanting to try a juice cleanse for a while… but when you train a lot, finding the right day is nearly impossible.

Today though — no workout, no heavy training block — so it’s the perfect time for a reset 🔄

I’m starting a 1-day cleanse from Juice Quest • Cold-Pressed Juice Adelaide and I’ll be documenting the whole thing: every juice, how I feel, and my honest feedback.

Curious about doing a cleanse yourself?
Head over to Juice Quest • Cold-Pressed Juice Adelaide and check out their range — I’ll let you know tomorrow if it’s worth it 👀

Let’s cleanse! 🍏🥬🥕

Gradually building the mileage back up. With a busy winter food truck season coming, training will need to adapt — long runs won’t always be on weekends anymore, they’ll happen whenever the schedule allows during the week.

Excited to be getting back into proper training while firing up the food truck to fuel some incredible runners through their race season! 🔥🏃‍♂️🚚 thibault Delacroix

What’s the McGill Method?

The McGill Method is a strength-focused, low-rep approach designed to build powerful back muscles while minimising the risk of injury.

It focuses on explosive movements, strict pull-up form, high intensity, and low-volume sets — quality over quantity.

Now the real question is…
Can this method get me to 10 strict pull-ups in the next 4–6 weeks? 👀💪

Challenge accepted.
