DoDay

DoDay Strength training that makes you feel good. Tasmania's most highly reviewed personal trainer. Stronger body. Clearer head. Happier you.

Michael Behrakis has a positive, achievable approach to personal training. Fun, supportive and relatable, Michael is a PT who knows how you feel because he’s been there himself. That’s why DoDay works, because it worked for him. He started at the gym, out of shape and ready for change. The difference it made in his life was so powerful that he wanted to share that experience with others. What he did, got it done, and what he’ll do for you will do the same.

My favourite thing that happened this week was seeing long term client pumping out personal bests in the last week of his current program.

This lift - a Personal Best of 155 kg’s for 4 reps, 4 sets.

Jake says after 3 + years of training, he feels like he’s gained more strength in this 8 week program than any program before.

Why? In addition to consistency in his training, he’s dialled in his nutrition, focusing on getting enough protein, his sleep and hydration.

David’s Story

For many of us, the hardest weight to lift in a gym isn’t a dumbbell – it’s the weight of our own expectations and fears. For David Masterton, finding the right support turned that anxiety into a powerful tool for both physical and mental wellbeing.

“My biggest struggle was always gym intimidation,” David admits. “It was the feeling of: Do I belong here? You have this perception of what it means to be at the gym, and when you’re starting from a low base, it’s easy to feel like everyone knows more than you.”

David’s advice to anyone feeling that same pre-gym dread?

“The feelings are real. It’s not just in your head… Find someone who can literally hold your hand until you find your confidence. It is so worth it.”

😁 Feel Good Competition! 😁

Many people feel low mood as the weather gets colder and can lose their motivation to exercise. Lower levels of sunlight reduce serotonin, a mood-stabilising brain chemical.

Strength training is the antidote! It is one of the most effective ways to boost serotonin and endorphin levels, alleviating the winter blues.

To help you feel good this winter, we’re running a Feel Good Competition ❄️

Book a free consult before April 30, and you’ll go in the draw to win:

• Treadmill walking pad
• DoDay merch pack
• 1 x Personal Training session

For Zonia, strength training isn’t about pursuing a perfect size or shape. It’s about independence, longevity and quality of life.

It’s about walking through the world knowing she can handle it – and on the days she can’t, she knows Michael and his team are there to help her rise again.
