I am delighted to once more be offering a series of workshops dedicated to educating and empowering women to embrace this life transition.
Perimenopause can be a heck of a roller coaster, but you donโt have to just ride it out!
Join me in the safety of the womenโs circle as we explore symptom specific breath and movement, and discuss lifestyle strategies to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.
All sessions are held in the gorgeous space, and include afternoon tea. The practice is suitable to beginners and experienced yogis alike.
