The gym will be closed this Friday and Saturday (22nd and 23rd May) due to Abdullah competing at the Club Championships. Come down and support Abdullah this weekend. Fights start Friday at the Dom Polski Centre.

Kids Class 4:30pm Monday and Wednesday and 10am Saturday. Only $15 per class, first class is free to try

The difference a year makes.

Abdullah has been working hard for the last year and improved a lot, despite injuries keeping him out of the ring. Looking forward to seeing him continue to improve and back in the ring this year
