We love keeping training fun for the boys and every now and again, switching things up with some basketball and tag boxing. It’s a great way to build reactions, footwork, coordination and competitiveness while keeping the boys engaged and enjoying their training.

The boys brought great energy today and pushed each other all session. 💪🔥

Romeo stepped into the ring twice at the Golden Gloves Tournament and showed real improvement from his first bout to his second.

Unfortunately, the decisions didn’t go our way, but the progress was clear. Every fight is another lesson, another experience, and another step forward.

Meet Dylan. 🥊

For Dylan, walking through the doors of Iron Hook Boxing Gym was about much more than learning how to box.

He found a brotherhood, a community, and a place that keeps him motivated every single day. It’s given him confidence, discipline, and people who genuinely have his back.

Looking back, Dylan says he wishes someone had taken him into a boxing gym when he was younger because he knows how life-changing it can be.
