Progressive BJJ Welcome to Progressive BJJ. A brazilian jiu-jitsu academy, headed by black-belt Professor Daniel Lawson located at Holden Hill in Adelaide's north-east.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is the world’s fastest growing martial art. Here at Progressive BJJ we embrace the evolving nature of BJJ and decided to name our club after our philosophy of continuing personal and community self improvement. The academy is headed by Daniel Lawson, a Black belt and multiple title winner under Prof. Daniel Cherubin. We offer classes to suit all ages and genders and encou

rage anyone who has thought about trying BJJ to come down and try an introductory class. The syllabus (training style) taught by Daniel allows the techniques to be used proficiently for self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition and mixed martial arts (MMA). We pride ourselves on having a safe and welcoming environment to spread the gift of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and welcome any enquiries, until then we look forward to seeing you on the mats! Get your child into something amazing, that will build confidence and fitness while having fun and learning a fantastic martial art. Our classes are run by black belts and our classes are purposefully affordable at $6.50 per lesson.

PROGRESSIVE BJJ KIDS CLASSES 👊
-Our kids BJJ classes are for kids ages ~7-14 years of age.

-We run through the school term Mondays 5pm and Wednesday 530pm.

-Our classes are taught by experienced blackbelts,with a good variety of fundamental jiu jitsu and lots of live training with resisting partners and sparring. This will allow your child to learn and apply their skills in real time. They will build confidence, gain fitness and make friends.

-We have purposefully kept our classes affordable, at only $130 per term (less for multiple children enrolled) which is only $6.50 per class. We understand the cost of living crisis and want to ensure its accessible for everyone .

Loads of rounds pizza and laughs 🤙🤙 Thanks to the members who make progressive what it is. A culture like no other and a second family for many.
