Introducing our newest team member, Annika!

Annika aims to work with individuals of all ages, building their confidence and achieving their goals. In her spare time, you will find Annika in the gym, on a run, or walking her dog. With knowledge of a broad range of chronic conditions, Annika’s particular interests are within preventive health, metabolic, neurological conditions, and mental health.

Motion Matters will be closed on Friday, April 18th, and reopen on Monday, April 28th for the Easter and ANZAC Day public holidays. During this time, both Ben and Cam will also be away on a short holiday in Thailand.

We'll be back and ready to go from Monday, April 28th, and we look forward to seeing you in the studio then! If you need to adjust any upcoming bookings, please reach out before April 18th so we can assist you.
