Taylah’s CrossFit Games QF results secured 790th place on the worldwide leaderboard, qualifying for online semifinals.

This weekend Taylah will be duking it out with 2000 other athletes around the globe in the online semifinals, where the best athletes in the business are hunting 7 tickets to the 2026 CrossFit Games!

It has taken a huge amount of work and effort to make it this far! Black Ridge Fitness is excited to see our first ever CrossFit Games Semi-finalist throw down this weekend!

June is testing month at Black Ridge Fitness.
After a 12-week strength cycle – we are ready to test our 1-rep max (1RM):

➖Back squat
➖Push press
➖Bench press
➖Front squat
➖Jerk
➖Clean
➖Strict/shoulder press
➖Snatch
➖Deadlift

Establishing a 1RM gives you objective data.
You must be specific with your training.

You don’t accidentally get strong. 🤘🏽
