June is testing month at Black Ridge Fitness.
After a 12-week strength cycle – we are ready to test our 1-rep max (1RM):
➖Back squat
➖Push press
➖Bench press
➖Front squat
➖Jerk
➖Clean
➖Strict/shoulder press
➖Snatch
➖Deadlift
Establishing a 1RM gives you objective data.
You must be specific with your training.
You don’t accidentally get strong. 🤘🏽
