We have set the start date for our Box-Exercise sessions!🎉

✨Starting Monday 7th February
✨Sessions held at Fit 4 Life premises
✨Sessions will start at 6AM
✨Cost is $15 per session to non members
✨We have a limited number of gloves available for use but it is recommended you bring your own along if possible

Classes will be held at our premises Fit 4 Life!
We are situated at the rear of 42 Templar street, with access to the gym from Simpson Lane..

We now ask what mornings suit you?
We are aiming for 6am two mornings a week depending on interest..

Morning sessions to start with.
These classes will be lead by a trained Level 4 Muay Thai student..
Classes are guaranteed to make you sweat and a lot of fun to be had along the way..
Classes are suited for all levels of fitness and confidence💪🏻

Just an update on Fit4Life we have moved to a new location we are now located at the rear of 42 Templar Street.
The entrance is from the lane way at the back which runs beside the Westpac Bank.
I would like to offer a 2 week free trial for anyone interested in joining the gym, we have a lot of fun and I can help with a fitness program and nutrition advise. Just contact Deb with any questions.

Fit4Life is now open again and offers a great variety of fitness equipment to help tone and lose weight.It is very friendly and has a great atmosphere to exercise in.We can help with nutrition and a exercise plan.
