Shout out to Charlotte Baird!
Charlotte joined the studio day 1 2026 and hasn't skipped a beat since! Joining at least 2 classes a week, she prefers the quiet back corner spot and just gets it done!
Let's hear her thoughts on pilates!

1. How do you find pilates benefits your mind and body?
Since starting Pilates I have become physically stronger and more connected to my body. Every Pilates class gives me a chance to relax and have time to myself, time when I'm not studying!

2. What do you love about Down to Earth Pilates? My favourite part about Down to Earth Pilates is the warm and friendly nature of the community and the unique and energetic vibe that's brought to each session.

3. Fave exercise?
My favourite exercises are roll ups or anything using weights!
