Nerang plays host to our men's grades, while our Women head north to take on the Redland Bay Cyclones.

The U17s are our Round in Focus this week - and they've earned it.

After four completed rounds, Alleygators out front on 18 points, but Coomera (14), Surfers Paradise (13) and Helensvale Hogs White (11) are all right in the hunt. This Sunday's four fixtures could shake the ladder up completely.
