GYM SALE / Garage Sale on this Sunday 5th of March 9am in Currumbin Waters.

We have closed our little gym and have lots of gym gear available from machines to dumbbells and barbells; slam balls; battle ropes; gym mats and soft martial arts mats. All going at a great price with delivery available for most things.

We also have a lot of audio visual gear like speakers, amps, receivers, TVs, lighting, backdrops and other smart home and electrical gear.

We also have clothing for men, women and kids (huge size range including W16), shoes (mostly US8 women) and baby gear (clothing, play stuff, capsule, bouncer etc).

There is a small amount of manchester also including cusions, suitcases and other things. Oh and sports gear too.

Training designed to their level 💪🏽 and lots of positive motivation and life advice imparted by our awesome trainer Nick 👌🏼 Adults class follows for those who want to train. Kids can sit in the lounge and chill! Teens $15; adults $20. Basically like a personal training session, our small group training will make you SWEAT

Sometimes it’s breaking yourself down to build yourself back up. Physically. Mentally. Sometimes the universe makes you take a step back or a side step in order to take a few steps forward.

Five major surgeries before the age of 26. Doctors said I wouldn’t be able to perform the same. You’ll have arthritis in your 30’s. People said this and that will never be the same, “I would never let them do that to me.”

Others have it much worse, but the journey taught me lessons I continue to learn. I learned proving everyone else wrong takes a lot of energy. Everyone is a lot of people.

Now I have had the privilege to teach people not to prove everyone else wrong…just prove yourself right.
