You can’t improve what you don’t measure. 📈
That’s why next week is Testing Week at Brickhouse Gym.
From June 15–20, we’ll be establishing baselines, tracking progress, and setting goals for the next 3 months.
Over the week we’ll be testing:
✅ Pull-Up Strength
✅ Squat Strength
✅ Bench Press Strength
✅ Deadlift Strength
✅ Fitness
✅ Measurements & Progress Photos
This isn’t about competing against other members.
It’s about finding out where you’re at right now, celebrating how far you’ve come, and giving yourself something meaningful to work towards.
Final Testing Day
📅 Saturday 20 June
⏰ 8:30am–10:30am
We’ll be testing bench press, deadlift, fitness, measurements, and progress photos. Even if you’re not planning to test, come down, support the crew, and enjoy the atmosphere. We’d love as many members there as possible.
If you’ve never tested before, don’t stress—we’ll guide you through the entire process.
Let’s set some benchmarks, set some goals, and see what we can achieve over the next 3 months. 💪
