If you're lacking motivation, you're not alone. It’s normal.
Even the best athletes in the world aren’t always “motivated” — so there is nothing wrong with you. That’s life. That’s being human.
This is where having a coach or personal trainer becomes incredibly valuable. You have an appointment. Someone is expecting you. So you show up.
Are we going to push you beyond your limits? No. That’s how injuries, burnout, and resentment happen.
Good coaches understand that motivation goes up and down. Again, that’s normal. But by continuing to show up, even when motivation is low, you’re not going backwards.
The session can be modified. The intensity can be adjusted. You maintain your body, your routine, and your mental capacity so that when the time is right, you’re ready to push a little harder again.
Please don’t listen to the story in your head that says:“I’m not motivated, so I should do nothing until it passes.”
Because sometimes it doesn’t just magically pass.
What matters is having a plan, support, and momentum — even during the tougher seasons.
