Now that we are settled into the new studio there's some friendly reminders to share.
Cancellation Policy.
Life happens, we get it. And if you need to cancel we understand. If you can, please do early and do it through the app or your Momence Account. This allows those on the waitlist or lurking in the shadows to jump into a class.
If you cancel more then 10 hours before class, a credit will be placed back onto your account.
10 hours or less you will lose the class credit.
No show, class credit lost.

The first week in the new studio was a blast, thanks for joining us over in Cobram.

Many classes are waitlisted or close to capacity already for the coming week, so jump in quickly and snag your spots.

Pilates Progressions is this Saturday - this month we are looking at Tendon Stretch - and not just the nice one on the Reformer that comes after Matwork. If you want to learn a bit more about getting upside down, and doing it without the fear that can come from an inversion this is a great place to start. You can book into Progressions as a separate class to a membership via the Workshops tab in the booking app.
