A quick day trip on the road for the Hydes today to Paradise Falls and Powers lookout.

Day 60 on the road and we are home...
We travelled nearly 16,000 Kms to see many amazing places to our beautiful country.
The best sight of all was seeing the surprise on Lachlan Hyde’s face when we surprised him tonight.
Thanks everyone for following our journey, and now it’s time to do some laundry!!

A busy afternoon exploring Albany- The Gap & Natural Bridge; the Whaling Station then onto the National Anzac Centre.

This morning we spent the morning walking 40 metres above the ground, along the tree tops. Then we walked through the tree trunks. Another interesting place that pops up.

Today we headed underground to explore the caves. We walked 37 metres underground to see the stalactites and stalagmites.

Today we left Perth and headed south into the cold weather.
First stop Busselton Jetty. So do we run, walk or take the train down the Busselton Jetty?
That’s right the kids run the 2km jetty while the oldies walk along the jetty.
Then onto the Cape Naturalist Lighthouse.

An amazing yet exhausting day we have spent riding bikes around Rottnest Island.
With the quokkas coming out when you least expect it.

We are moving quickly down the west coast. Over the past three nights we have had three different places to watch the beautiful sunsets: on the banks of Murchison River, Lucky Bay campground which is situated just south of Kalbarri along the coastline and now we are in small coastal town of Leeman.
