Mathison Handicap League 1
Starting on the 1st of June we are running a handicap league. This will run for 2 months, players can play anytime they choose and players play 6 rounds in the 2 month period.
How it should work.
We will be using UDisc for the scoring, players select the event and check in, then you just register yourself as playing. Only 1 person needs to score if you have a group playing, but you will need to register each person.
After your 1st round, the app should work out a handicap for the 2nd round and then it adjusts after each round. In theory, if you shot a 80 and the par we are using is 60, this means your next round your handicap will be -20 from your score. If you shot a 55 your handicap will be +5 for the next round.
Since UDisc only lets a multi day event be 30 days long, there are 2 identical events listed, one for June, the other July, you can play your rounds anytime.
Below you will find the QR code for June that will take you straight to the event in UDisc.
I have also put up a flyer at hole 1 with both QR codes on it to make it easier for all players.
On the leaderboard there will be a scratch section but we will only use the handicap section for results.
UDisc can be a little tricky and not always user friendly, if there are any issues, we can adjust scoring.
