EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT COMING SOON❗️❗️❗️
All we will say so far is that many parents have asked us if we could do special workshops or 1/2 sessions so that they can have a few hours of parent time out at a restaurant or a coffee shop or even just a few hours of peace on the verandah.
You asked and we responded!

Caboolture Show Update 🐴

Christina and Mountain View My Balou had a fantastic start to their weekend at Caboolture Show. Day 1 saw the pair ride in 90cm and 1.05m warm-up classes, producing two lovely clear rounds. Christina was very proud of Link’s relaxed attitude and rideability throughout both classes.

A major focus in training has been developing Link’s relaxation, adjustability, and technique over fences. Having previously struggled with rushing and jumping over his shoulders, he is now showing significant improvement in his technique and is becoming much lighter and more adjustable in the hand.

On day 2 they competed in the 1.05m class as they continue to consolidate the progress made on day 1.

Christina couldn’t be happier with Link this weekend. We can’t wait to see how Link progresses over the next few shows

For those of you who are curious about what it looks like to navigate a showjumping course, Christina wore her camera glasses this morning at Caboolture Show. She and Link jumped a flawless 90cm class to make it into the jump off. Here is the video.
While it’s not quite the same as being on the horse yourself, it does give you a bit of a perspective.

Happy 21st birthday to our Christina today. She gets a day off today and we will see you all for lessons again tomorrow.

‼️‼️Dear Saturday riders‼️‼️

Just a friendly reminder that we will be away for quite a few weekends going forward. We know this impacts the regularity of lessons. However as explained when signing up for Saturday lessons that this would occur as show season kicks off.

As always we are more then happy to offer make up lesson’s at alternative times but we do understand that this can be difficult for some families.

To help our Saturday riders plan ahead here are the follow dates we will be away for the time being:

(P.s. Thursday and Fridays riders may be affected by the follow dates)

- 6th of June Saturday

- 11th - 12th June Thursday & Friday

- 26th - 27th Friday & Saturday

-11th of July Saturday

Feel free to get in touch with us the arrange alternate lessons or otherwise you are welcome to wait until we message you directly

For all the kids who have been waiting for the birth of our neighbour’s little goats, here is a little video of the kids who were born today.
How cute are they! We can’t wait to see them running around out in the paddock.

We have two Pony Club vacancies this Friday May 29.
They are on our medium sized ponies Mouse and Biscuit.
Suitable for ages 6+. No previous experience needed. Beginners welcome.
One of these spots is available permanently. The other only for two weeks. Both spots would be suitable for a trial lesson.
