We are thrilled to announce that and Scuderia 1918 Don Quidam have been selected to compete at the Eventing World Championships in September 🔥
This amazing duo has really come a long way together and picked up a team silver medal at the last Tokyo Olympics🥈 👀 Really excited to see them ride together in such a major event!

A fantastic day trip, or make a weekend of spectating. Will be well worth the trip.

The Voice of Australian Eventing - You may not know the name, Sarah Nevile, but anyone who has been to major Australian International Eventing competitions will immediately recognise the voice of the person they have heard providing knowledgeable, accurate and informative commentary during these events for over 20 yrs.

Warwick Horse Trials is excited to have acquired the services of Sarah to provide commentary for all phases of the “Sustainable Warwick International Event” 26/27/28th August. Wayne Roycroft will again be present to assist with his expert comments. What a great duo!!

The club is boosting PA capabilities on the cross country to keep both riders and spectators informed of the action on the course during the event.

All of this is aimed at enhancing your enjoyment of what will be a wonderful FEI experience. Entries for the event close at Nominate on Monday 15th August, so come and join the fun and bring your friends.

Skyline Horse Riding has sadly, closed.
However, I continue to be available to teach and coach horsemanship and riding on your own horse either at my purpose built fenced sand arena with a mirror or I'll travel locally.
I am located in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area servicing Samford, Ferny Grove, Ferny Hills, Bunya, Draper, Closeburn, Mt Samson, Samsonvale, Cashmere, Eatons Hill and Albany Creek. I offer all-year round Equestrian Australia standard riding and jumping lessons for beginner children through to advanced adults.

Very sadly, today Sunbeam has taken her journey over the Rainbow Bridge. Her health had been deteriorating over this wet cold winter and her legs simply weren't able to carry her caring heart any further. Sunbeam is just short of her 27th birthday.
Already greatly missed.

It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to sell JoJo. She is such a lovely, kind and willing pony. Unfortunately, with such a long rehabilitation process from my (non-horse related) injury, economies need to be taken. JoJo will be offered for sale at Caboolture Horse Sale, Saturday 16th July. While she is currently out of work (due to my being injured) she is a forward moving pony, rhythmic over poles and jumps and is educated in basic dressage. JoJo is 13.3hh Aust Riding Pony foaled on 6th Nov 2004.

Officer - "You shouldn't be drinking coffee now anyway, it's "pasture" bedtime!"

Police from Proserpine were conducting some patrols in the Glen Isla area when they were approached by the one of the four legged locals who may or may not enjoy a caffeinated brew.

If there are any police officers in the state who believe they have a better Coffee with Cop photograph than this, we would like to see it please.

⭐️ 𝗦𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗗 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 | Kevin McNab Eventing grew up on a farm in Queensland with a non-horsey family. One day he asked his parents to buy him a pony at the age of two… and the rest is history! 🐴

Like many top Australian eventing riders, Kevin came up through the Pony Club Australia system and participated in every discipline before focussing on eventing as a career.

Kevin started eventing when he moved to a Sports School for his final years of education and spent time based with Italian eventer Tony Manca.

Last year Kevin finished 14th individually riding Scuderia 1918 Don Quidam at he tTokyo 2020 Olympic Games, and also won a Team Silver Eventing medal 🥈

Well, an update on my knee injury. The healing and recovery process in continuing, slowly, just as the Doctor and Physio expected. I have a 60 degree bend in my knee now and expect to get to 90 degrees in another 3 weeks or so. Currently I can walk a couple of hundred meters using a crutch and a limited mobility knee brace plus I can drive short distances. Still on track for possible lessons somewhere around October. Fingers crossed. I hope everybody is enjoying the cool Brisbane Winter weather.
