Happy Wednesday!
There are still a few spots available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9am-3pm for 30 minute personal training sessions. Casual fees are $35 or you can get a 10 session pass for only $315. You have lots to lose and plenty to gain all at the same time.

I heard something tonight on a TV show "if you want to be a xxkg person then live like that person today!".
I'm not focused on the scales, I'd rather you eat well, exercise intensely a few times a week, life heavy weights, sleep well, nurture your body and soul with good friends, books and beautiful music.
We can do this!

I struggle with my sleeping habits every day! I can often only get 3-5 hours sleep a night but feel like I need about 12 hours every day 😬. This is a good read but the most important thing I took away from it was that you can't turn a night owl into an early bird 😊. Jo x

Love this! I'd cut down on the amount of brown rice (maybe exclude completely if you are LCHF) and sub almond butter instead of the peanut butter. Otherwise, get that in your tummy today, mmmmmm!
