This outdoor class is designed to keep you moving through a mix of timed stations using bodyweight exercises, resistance training and Pilates based movement to challenge your strength, coordination and endurance.

Set outdoors at the Cannonvale Basketball Court, this class brings a fresh twist to your usual studio routine with options to push harder or scale things back depending on your level.

MOVER OF THE MONTH - JO PARKER 🀍

This month, we are cheering extra loud for Jo Parker, our Mover of the Month!

Jo first came into the studio through clinical sessions, starting with a fair bit of pain and feeling nervous about getting back into movement. But from the very beginning, she showed up with such quiet determination.

And honestly? Jo has been standing on business ever since 😎

She kept coming back.
She built trust in her body.
She found her rhythm.
She got stronger, more confident and more consistent with every class.

Now, Jo has moved into group sessions and has officially jumped into the Feel Good Club Challenge too!

We see you, Jo. The effort, the consistency, the courage it takes to start and the way you keep backing yourself.

We are so incredibly lucky to have Beauty By Steph in the studio more often, bringing her beautiful brow, lash and facial massage services into our little Principle Movements space.

You can now find Steph in the studio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which means your self care day just got a whole lot easier ✨
