📣 CLUB UPDATE
Gather round. Ya humble admin has emerged from the shadows to bless you all with an update. I know, I know — it's been a while. I've been busy. Doing admin stuffs. Very important admin. Anyway, here's what's been going on for those of you who don't read the noticeboard, which is all of you.
⛳ GREENS
The renos are ahead of schedule, which isn't a sentence we get to write often. The greens and surrounds are starting to shine again. If the crew are out there working, give them room — nobody wants to explain a stray 3-wood to the bloke on the mower. And fix ya divots, ya hacks. 🤪
🙌 VOLUNTEERS
The course doesn't look after itself, but lately it hasn't had to. Thanks to our Monday crew, Mike and Paulie, who turn up like clockwork. To Kev, who's here most mornings and has done more laps of this place than most of us have played rounds. And to the gardening crew — the surrounds haven't looked this sharp in years. 🌿
If you've got a spare morning, have a chat with Luke at the clubhouse. He'll have a rake in ya hands before you finish the sentence.

Everyone's favourite is back. All-inclusive, no handicap required (we provide ya one) arvo comp, Stacked with prizes from Collector Wines, Drummond Golf, Boys R Us and the list goes on. Pauly's on the BBQ 🔥, which on its own is worth the entry. More details soon. Let's get it.

Nomination forms are now behind the bar. Physical paper, behind a bar. We're very cutting edge here. Get ya name on one. Any dramas, see the men's match committee, not me.
🤝 CHARITY WEEK — LIFELINE
We ran the first of our charity days today, with everything raised going to Lifeline. Thanks to everyone who came out and dug deep.
Round two is this Sunday, 20 September (2 Person Ambrose). Same cause, same deal — so if you missed today, there's ya second chance.
The bucket's sitting in the clubhouse all week regardless. Coins welcome. Notes more welcome. The bucket has no shame and neither do we. 🤑🤑

A hole in one to Tim Ganderton — well played, and we trust the bar takings reflected it. And Gary Selwood took out the Golden Shot for a cool $500 💰. Some blokes have all the luck.
